Testing & Assessment

Psychiatric testing and assessments are like medical tests in a lot of ways; this is not pass or fail.

We utilize a range of diagnostic tools, including self-reported questionnaires, standardized assessments, and screening tools. These aids are instrumental in developing a tailored treatment plan suited to your individual needs. Information gathered from informal tests, surveys, interviews, school or medical records, medical evaluations, and observational data assists in developing a plan of care ensuring that your care aligns closely with your unique circumstances.

In addition to diagnosis and treatment, our assessments can evaluate eligibility for School/Work Accommodations, 504 plans, Homeschooling, Advocacy and address issues related to Anxiety, Depression, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Taking a self-assessment questionnaire is a great
first step in managing your mental health.

*Please note these questionnaires don't replace an evaluation by a certified mental health provider.*

In case of a psychiatric emergency or if you or someone you know is feeling suicidal, please contact 911 immediately.

Filling out these questionnaires does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
